She is a leadership strategist, author, and speaker whose work focuses on intentional growth, personal responsibility, and the discipline of choosing leadership in everyday life.
With more than 30 years of cross-sector experience, Tina has led initiatives across adult education, law enforcement, transportation and logistics, corporate leadership, and nonprofit development. Regardless of the setting, her mission has remained the same: equipping individuals and organizations with the insight, strategy, and clarity needed to grow, lead, and thrive.
Throughout her career, Tina has built a reputation for delivering practical solutions that improve operational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capacity, and create meaningful learning environments. She holds multiple advanced degrees in management and leadership, learning experience design and educational technology, and human resource management, and is passionate about bridging research with real-world application.
Tina is the author of the upcoming leadership book Aspire. Inspire. Lead., which explores leadership as a daily decision rooted in clarity, resilience, and purpose. She is also the author of the forthcoming memoir Even the Sweetest Jam, a reflective look at the experiences that shaped her path as a leader, learner, and storyteller.
Over the course of her career, Tina has received more than 100 professional recognitions, including international awards for professional development training. These honors reflect her commitment to integrity, service, and impact.
Outside of her professional work, Tina enjoys life with Jeffery, her husband of 13 years. Along with their five-year-old fur baby Daisy, they love traveling the United States and creating memories along the way.
