Meet Tina
Those titles are only part of the story.
I’m an author, speaker, strategic advisor, podcast host, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner. My professional journey has taken me through leadership, business management, human resources, education, instructional design, mentoring, and entrepreneurship. My personal journey has taught me things no classroom or boardroom ever could.
Experience Has Been One of My Greatest Teachers.
I haven’t followed a traditional path.
I’ve experienced seasons of achievement, uncertainty, reinvention, and starting over. Those experiences didn’t give me all the answers. They taught me the importance of asking better questions.
Education. Experience. Perspective.
Four degrees. A lifelong commitment to learning.
I’m a first-generation college graduate with four degrees from Western Governors University: a bachelor’s in Business Management; a master’s in Management and Leadership; a master’s in Educational Technology and Instructional Design; and a master’s in Human Resource Management. Education has expanded my knowledge. Experience has challenged my thinking.
The Work Behind the Name
Different platforms. One consistent commitment.
As Founder and CEO of Tina Presents LLC, I bring together strategic advising, professional development, leadership, and educational experiences. I also host Jam Sessions with Tina Eliana and facilitate speaking and workshop experiences that encourage discovery.
A Few Things Worth Knowing About Me
Leadership is about influence, not simply authority.
I believe people should be encouraged to think—not just told what to think. Professional development should involve actual development. A good question can sometimes be more valuable than a quick answer. And who you aspire to become might already be waiting somewhere in your future.
The Story Is Still Being Written.
There’s purpose in my pain and beauty in my journey.
I’m interested in what we can learn from our experiences, the choices we’re making, and the opportunities still ahead. And I suspect there’s more to your story, too.
